I love cardio training – I am a very keen runner and I studied to be a “Running Coach” so I am well qualified from both sides of the bench to help you.

Cardio training is part of your regime but it should not dominate all of your training as core and weight training should be factored into also.

Cardio training is not just about running, cross trainer or rowing but can be combined with weights such as Kettle Bell exercises which is a great all round workout.
